Christina Schou Christensen (Born 1973) Graduated in 2011, from the School of Glass and Ceramics on Bornholm. She is a renowned Danish ceramicist known for her experimental approach to glaze and design. She works from her base on Bornholm, an island with a long history in ceramics production. Her works are often characterized by glaze effects, where colorful glazes float from holes in ceramic containers, creating structures that can be reminiscent of dripping or leaking shapes. These experiments with glaze have made her one of the most unique voices in modern ceramics.

Christina is inspired by both Danish traditions and more avant-garde approaches to ceramics. Her work balances between the functional and the sculptural, and while her pieces may seem sculptural, they often still refer to familiar shapes such as bowls and containers.

She has participated in several international exhibitions and is part of the Mindcraft Project, where she has presented her innovative works several times,
